I am using the program to run 2 Guild wars at once so i can transfer in pre searing, i have looked and not found a good answer, Will i gt ban

No. Running multiple copies of Guild Wars on the same computer is fine.

Using multiple accounts is always ok.

Using a mule is always ok.

Using a mule to transfer items out of pre-searing or between characters on the same account is ok. I'm not quite sure what you mean.

I think OP is concerned about running two copies of GW at once.
